Yes. You can register domain names before you find a hosting provider, and, in fact, you are not required to host a domain name.

When you register a domain name with us, we automatically park it. A temporary, parked page displays when visitors type the domain name into their browser's address bar. The parked page indicates you are reserving the site.

AccountExec in the Hosting Control Center

Youcan give an AccountExec permission to manage certain areas of your account in the Hosting Control Center. To accept an AccountExec invitation, the assignee must have a customer account. The invitation email contains a link to create a new account, if necessary.

Once your AccountExec accepts the invitation, you can assign his or her permissions.

To Add an AccountExec

Log in to your Account Manager.
In the My Products section, select Hosting.
Next to the hosting account you want to modify, click Manage Account.
Next to your domain name, in the upper right corner of the Hosting Control Center, click Change Account.
Click the checkbox next to the account you want to add an AccountExec for, and click on the New AccountExec button in the action bar.
Type the necessary information. Click OK.
An email will be sent inviting them to create an account and log in to accept your invitation.

To Assign AccountExec Permissions

Log in to your Account Manager.
In the My Products section, select Hosting.
Next to the hosting account you want to modify, click Manage Account.
Next to your domain name, in the upper right corner of the Hosting Control Center, click Change Account.
Click the checkbox next to the account you want to add an AccountExec for, and click on the AccountExec button in the action bar.
Click Add AccountExec.
Select the AccountExec you wish to add permissions for from the drop down list.
Select the permissions you wish add for the AccountExec. Click OK to apply the changes.
